It is obtained through the selection of mixed cultivars from Puglia and is ideal for the preparation of cooked and raw dishes.

Olive varieties: Mixed cultivars from Puglia (Ogliarola, Nociara, Olivastra di Martina Franca, Coratina)
Olive origin: Valle d'Itria and surrounding areas of Puglia, ITALY
Harvest: October and November, with picking by hand or with shaker nets

Colour: Yellow tending towards gold with greenish nuances
